I'm reporting for my husband. We ate there on June 3 at 2:15. He ordered pepperoni pizza...I had one bite and he ate the whole pizza. I had cramps that evening. He had a stomachs ache after eating there and was viciously throwing up that night with diahrrea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

On June 11, 2016 appoximately 4:30 PM at Moraine Plaza Butler, PA. We ate "fish and more" platter. About 6 hrs later my husband got the chills and fever and he has been sick for about a week now. Vomiting came after the fever. Vomiting lasted 2 days. He is still weak.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills
