Family had a late lunch. 5 hours later entire family (4children) had fever, diarrhea, chills, nausea and vomiting. Went to urgent care and confirmed that it was food poisoning. Only place we are that day was the Ugly Tuna.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

It was my daughter. She ate at lost appetite shortly after, then experienced severe dizziness and lightheaded, with vomiting and, She had severe stomach cramps and nausea for 4 days after and it is now 5 days later and still experiencing some lightheadness and still not eating reg diet  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Lightheaded, Cramps, Dizziness

I ate a bowl of popcorn and the seeds, and then after a I took a quick shower I felt really dizzy and I kept seeing black, and my stomach hurts., I was the only one who ate the popcorn and maybe 30-45 minutes later I felt very sick. I added butter that I melted from the microwave but not that much.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Dizziness

Ate at 630ish pm. Around 1 am I started getting cramps and really bad gas. Around 3 am it was the same plus burps with a vomit taste. At 745am I got up to extreme cramping and diarrhea. I’ve been vomiting and pooping since then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas, Burping

Ate two croissanwiches at breakfast, one bacon the other sausage. At the time I noticed they weren’t very flavorful but shrugged it off. Two hours later nausea and diarrhea started and still going on. No vomiting thank goodness.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
