Chicken Alfredo from a local pizza shop. My boyfriend & his sister both ordered the chicken Alfredo both became ill wed & today.
The food was ordered this Tuesday evening. Symtoms started Wednesday & Thursday,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate chili around 8:30 am on Feb 17th 2021. Two hours later I was developing a bad headache which quickly turned to nausea followed by vomiting. After about an hour and a half of vomiting I had enough strength to get home and try to lay down  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Ordered breaded chicken hoagie with bacon and provolone. 3-4 hours after eating had THE WORST VIOLENT AND EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA AND VOMITING i have ever had in my life.
