Pizza At approximately 7 PM on April 29, 2021 my fiancé eat pizza later she was running to the bathroom with diarrhea had diarrhea all night now this morning starting around 8 AM she has been vomiting and expressing severe stomach cramping and back pain. Had a chicken sandwich deluxe and felt sick.. stomach started hurting and had to diarrhea. My mother also had chicken from the same place and she told me her stomached began to hurt as well and the children were throwing up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
