On Sunday 6/23/24 I had a milk shake in the evening about 7pm. I woke up about 2am with pain in the intenstines, then minutes later had major diarrhea, and this continued for about 12 more hours. Fortunetly the diarrhea calmed down and I got normal again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered food through DoorDash. My girlfriend ordered the crispy chicken fingers and it didn’t take but an hour or two and she couldn’t stop vomiting, alongside nauseous, cramps and chills.
