Got pepperoni pizza from this location, my whole family became violently sick. My father, and I are the only ones who did not eat any pizza. The others who did, started vomiting 1 hour after consumption.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate 2 pm 11/30/18; salsa and chips, chicken burrito. Took extra salsa home and ate at 7 pm 12/1/18. Vomited almost continuously from 12:30 - 6:30 am 12/2/18. Diarrhea, slight fever, dizziness continued for several days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I ate the beef chalupa for lunch and a hard shell beef taco with only lettuce and cheese around 12:30pm on November 30th 2018. I got very sick around 6:00 that same night and it lasted all night. This was the only thing I ate all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
