I was sick with food poisoning for at least 2 weeks. I had to go to the doctor to get prescribed some medications to get rid of it. I couldn't keep anything I ate I didn't eat for about a week.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

Ate an Amy's Kale Bake bowl at 8:30 pm on 5/1. Woke at 2:30am on 5/2 with severe diarrhea and vomiting. Lasted til 10am. Still have severe headache, body aches, and weakness from dehydration.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Headache, Weakness, Dehydration, Body Ache

After eating burgers around 1:00pm yesterday, I started feeling nauseous and started throwing up about 3:45-4:00pm. My friend/co-worker started throwing up and having diarrhea around 5:00pm. We both still are throwing up and have diarrhea today.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
