While I did not see a doctor, I am reasonably sure the chicken enchiladas caused my illness. A coworker and I ate the same type of entre at lunch and both became ill with the same symptoms that evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I went to Wendy's on my lunch break around 10:30 AM & I got 10 piece chicken nugget with fries and a drink and now I'm throwing up while I have diarreah. It's torture right now.
