I had chips with queso cheese dip. Also, Naked chicken wings with the hot wing sauce on the side. A couple of hours later, give or take, I started vomiting with diarrhea. This has lasted all night long. Symptoms still present with extreme head ache this morning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Felt fine initially but then I got a headache which then turned into a fever and I developed diarrhea and nausea for about 4 days, also had stomach cramps, cold sweats.
