Not sure but we did come to the conclusion after the dr asked us what was the last thing he ate. We had chicken tenders and coleslaw. He was the only one to eat the coleslaw and the only one sick. It happened on Sat 4/16/22,

lucky charms...sure of it...my grandaughter had very painful cramps shes 8 diarrhea and vomiting.. with all these reports i hope they do something! i remember she was crying in so much pain saying her stomach was cramping. diarrhea , vomiting. Ate chicken quesadilla. 1 hour later having sever diarrhea. Could possibly be a case of salmonella poisoning from the chicken. Will not be eating taco hell ever again. Can anyone give tips on how to solve the issue? Pepto bismo?  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

A steak quesalupa I was the only person to get sick. After I ate the steak quesalupa (which tasted old and like leftover fry oil) I had a lot of heartburn and felt naucious. I threw up a couple hours after the fact. I felt a little better after throwing up but very disappointed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Heartburn
