My husband was hospitalized for one week after eating spaghetti and meatballs and salad at 7 pm and 0300 in the morning 8/18 he was having non-stop explosive diarrhea, vomiting abdominal cramps and severely dehydrated. The symptoms would not subside and worsened with him being admitted.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
