On Friday November 22 at 3:30 PM I purchased sourdough jack combo and a chicken jack wrap. Three hours later I got sick and had diarrhea. It continued through the night and next day. Missed a day of work.

Drive through Thursday evening and around midnight started shivering uncontrollably, I’ve been throwing up and having diarrhea. This isn’t the first time I’ve had food poisoning from a Mexican food restaurant but this is surely the worst.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache
