Ate at Chilies for dinner. I had orange juice, black bean patty with broccoli on the side with a side salad. It was the last thing I ate before bed. At about 4am I woke up having to throw up and diarrhea. Got chills almost passed out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
