I has McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese and nuggets. got bad stomach pains and had diarrhea. After that I threw up. Then I was achy and feverish for a day. Arrived to the restaurant around 5.30pm last night, 04/18/19, ordered House Lo Mein with shrimps, pork and chicken; drank Taro bubble tea. Get leftovers home and ate it around 7-7.30 pm. my son had chicken tenders and Frys, Myself and my son we had entirely different meals I had diarrhea 3.5 hours after we ate it and it took longer for my son to have symptoms his started 6 hours after he ate  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Service was great. No issues there.
Order a wrap with tuna fish, tomato and cheese on it.
Within an hour I started getting horrible stomach cramps, which quickly turned into liquid diarrhea. I'm still in the middle of the symptoms, hopefully it doesn't get worse.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
