My wife ordered two pizza and 8 wings from Pizza Hut. After pick up we got home and my wife was the only one who had wings. 2 hours later she started vomiting none stop and had diarrhea. It’s been 4 hrs so far and she is not getting any better probably we are gonna end up in emergency room tonight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered the spicy chicken on April 1, 2016 Nashville Boneless spicy wings and Cole slaw side of coke. Had vomiting and diarrhea, and cramps for 3 days . Vomited 12 times since last week going on day 3 of recovery .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

My mom began vomitting after 1 hour of eating a chicken teriyaki sandwich at this subway location. She suffered from diarrhea all day yesterday and continued to vomit throughout the day.
