At night I got a salad with lettuce, brown rice, black beans, sofritas, and mild salsa. The morning after, I had a very bad headache and stomach pain (vomiting as well). I threw up 3 times in the morning and am still left with a throbbing headache.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

My 2 year old ate the meat off her burger. She was fine all day and within 5 hours woke up puking and diarrhea. It lasted 14 hours then she was fine. There was no fever. She definitely had food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate on 1/25/18 around 11 pm. I been suffering from vomiting,nausea and stomach pain. It has been like this for the past 2 days and it wont go away. I cant even eat anything without throwing it back up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Saturday night, January 13 at 6pm. About 2 hours later, vomiting and diarrhea. It's now Sunday evening, still have eaten anything except for Gatorade. Uncontrollable diarrhea. Haven't seen doctor yet, but probably will in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
