We ate pizza last night and we went to papa Murphy’s. We also got Monkey garlic bread. (Yes, we did bake it and read all instructions.) Next morning we woke up and had diarrhea, vomiting, and nausea and it was TERRIBLE.)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate some of a marketside cheese pizza before bed. I was feeling fine before I ate it. When I woke up the next morning, I felt like I was dying. I had to call off work because I spent most of the morning and afternoon puking.

Got a double cheese burger and ice coffee for the drive home back to oshkosh. As soon as I got home my stomach began to bubble. Now I'm lying here trying not to puke anymore and got the chills. Perfect timing because I am having a garage sale tomorrow morning!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
