I had a sub with turkey, spinach, lettace, green and banana peppers & chipotle southwest sauce. I started to feel ill this morning and have been sick since 6am  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I ate at 5his establishment at 1130 on February 2nd. Not thinking twice when the food tasted funny, I proceeded to go back to work. Around 520 I started vomitting. I proceeded to vomit around 8 more times throught the night. I'll never be coming back to Mc Donalds  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I went at about 10pm last night I ordered the double quarter pounder meal with a coke, it was the only thing I ate since breakfast. I woke up at about 5am with stomach cramps. Then dierreah and vomiting, I also have fever. It's now 3pm and I feel horrible I can't keep anything down.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
