3-3-2026 Wendy's apple pecan salad Are salad about 2pm and then took the rest home and ate about 6pm. Started feeling nauseous about 11pm. Vomiting about 2am. Pieces of the salad were undigested.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
