Friday 1/2/26 I think cookies from a grocery store All 4 members of our family got sick within 6 hours of one another. No one else we ate with or shared contact with got sick. We were the only ones to eat the cookies.  | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting

I recently made a dish with a can of cream of chicken soup. Immediately after eating the first plate my husband went back for seconds. Before he could dive into the next plate he started throwing up. We all have food poisoning because of the soup.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I went to Mendocino Farms close to Calabasas and ordered a Caesar chicken wrap. After 6 to 7 hours, I started feeling ill and nauseous. I then ended up vomiting from 1 AM to 5 AM today. I am recovering but still feel somewhat nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
