- comments: observed pest activity on premises. Found glueboards full of roaches (some were still alive) on the floor under the front counter. Observed mouse droppings on the floor of the hall leading to the... See More rear area, behind front counter and in dishwashing area behind and around equipment. Interior of both ice machines upper water reservoir and all ice contact sides and interior of the machine with excessive black slime substance dripping down into the ice cubes at ice bin of the unit.
