Suspected source: Dark chocolate ice cream with blue cheese

Duration: Several days | Symptoms: Diarrhea
Blue cheese, like other soft cheeses, can be contaminated with Clostridium botulinum, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, and Staphylococcus aureus, causing food poisoning. Symptoms of food poisoning generally appear within 6 hours of consuming infected blue cheese. They may include nausea, vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea.
