I had a cheese pizza with tomatoes at about 10:15 PM along with 2 lava cakes. i went to bed and woke up at around 8:45 AM and had a upset stomach. diarrhea occured at 10 AM and vomiting occured at 2:20 PM.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
