I went for lunch around 1:30pm today and on my way home from work around5:30 I started not feeling well and when I got home around 6pm i felt like I was going to vomit but ended up having extreme diarrhea. I ate the 5$ biggie bag with the bacon cheeseburger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Wendy’s ranch dipping sauce, Just husband, had chicken nuggets and cheeseburger, gave all the same food to dogs except ranch dipping sauce. They did not get sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

On 6/02/19 ordered 2 cheeseburgers and order of fries. Ate one cheeseburger and almost immediately became nauseated, broke out in a sweat, made it to the bathroom and vomited.
