I ordered a big mac and chicken nuggets from here around 3pm. Come bedtime around 11pm I have severe diarrhea with excruciating stomach cramps. Been in the bathroom all night from 11pm to 4am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ordered chicken nuggets cheeseburger be and fries. I don't know which one it was but I ate it was fine. Then at 3am I went to the bathroom and it was over. I only ate the chicken nuggets and red beans and rice I fee like it could’ve been the red beans and rice or both.
