I stopped around 7pm on Sat, June 2, and purchased a sausage mcmuffin and egg sandwich. I developed a stomach ache within 4 hrs and was vomiting within 6 hrs and again at 7 hours post eating.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I had an Artisan Egg sandwich with bacon and a Mornin Melt Panini with sausage. The eggs tasted off so I didn’t finish either sandwich. I got severe gastroenteritis 8 hours later, with a low grade fever. I consumed no other food all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Gas
