Grilled chicken salad. The chicken tasted funny so I didn’t eat much, but I did eat the actual salad. Approximately 2 hours later I got dizzy, nausea, and shabby pains in my stomach. I had the buttered noodles with grilled chicken at about 2 pm. Shortly after I got home from work a little after 5 pm, I started having an upset stomach and diarrhea. Had a Ranch grilled chicken and Canadian bacon pizza, the sauce tastes like Alfredo sauce not ranch, the next day I had a sever headache diarrhea fatigue and dizziness. Sept 1 my daughter and I ate grilled chicken sandwiches. Hers had no mayo. We both had stomach pain and cramping for 2 weeks. I also vomited the 1st day. This is the only thing we both ate.
