Had a hamburger with fries and a coke. Coke was flat, pour it out. Burger had Lettuce mustard and pickles. Two apple pies. Woke me up and 03:00 N/V Diarrhea. Wasn’t fun. Problem though the food tasted good going down just not up. That was the only thing I had to eat yesterday also.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
