I got a meal deal yesterday it was sushi and falafels with hummus now I keep throwing up and can't even keep any liquids down. I had to go to work a couple hours into my shift and I'm bearly standing, dizzy and in huge amount of pain.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Dizziness
