Hummus Food Poisoning

It is possible to get food poisoning from hummus. Recently hummus was recalled in the US for listeria and in the UK for salmonella. In Sept 2019 a salmonella outbreak linked to hummus in MD sickened 28 diners. Commonly reported Hummus food poisoning symptoms include vomiting, diarrhea, and nausea.

I purchased Sabra Roasted Garlic Hummus on January 1st at a Frys supermarket. I became severely ill on Tuesday, January 2nd. I experienced cold sweats diarrhea vomiting and abdominal cramping.
