I went to Taco Bell on 01/05 and got a #4 combo which includes 2 supreme crunchy tacos and a Mexican pizza along with a bean and cheese burrito and a Pepsi to drink. I ate about 2pm and I haven't felt good since and started puking with diarrhea at 8pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My husband and I both ate at Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wilkes Barre on Sunday 11/27/2016 around 3:30 pm.
