I had got the coffee d-lite mocha smoothie with muscle builder added. Don’t get me wrong the smoothie was delicious. The coffee was a bit strong but not even 2 hours later I woke up from a nap with bad nausea & diarrhea. Never again. I’ll just stick to making my own smoothies. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
