A mocha frappe at Mc Donalds, It was just me, and it was late night around 10. Had the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino at 3:30. Had the old sweetnsour Mcdonalds dip at 6 with my dinner (nobody else was sick). Started vomiting and diarrhoea at 1:30am. Not sure which food item is to blame but those is what I’ve narrowed it down too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

2.9.19 Ordered the usual iced mocha.
Within 2 hours I became violently ill.
Vomiting, diarrhea, fever, sweating.
This lasted approximately 15 hours.
Two days later and I’m still not feeling well,
Exhausted, dizzy, dehydrated.

Ordered the bacon and gruyere egg bites and a white chocolate mocha around 830 am on Wednesday. Finished egg bites, drank half of white mocha and about 2 hours later started feeling extremely nauseous.
