I just got a Starbucks Mocha frapachino about 2 hours ago and before I got the drink i was perfectly fine a hour after a I had the frapachino I started to have nausea and stomach pains And then I started throwing up  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Got #9 Sandwich on 2/23 around 3 pm. Felt nausea within 30 minutes and vomiting within 90 minutes. Also had a McDonalds Mocha Frappe at same time but friend also had one and didnt get sick so must be Jimmy John's.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

A mocha frappe at Mc Donalds, It was just me, and it was late night around 10. Had the Starbucks mocha Frappuccino at 3:30. Had the old sweetnsour Mcdonalds dip at 6 with my dinner (nobody else was sick). Started vomiting and diarrhoea at 1:30am. Not sure which food item is to blame but those is what I’ve narrowed it down too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Carl's Jr, My mom got a char-broiled burger w/ lettuce in place of a bun, waffle fries, and a mocha shake, and I got chicken strips, fries, and froot loop donuts. We ate at 7:30pm and woke up at 6:45am both feeling ill.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea
