I had the Nacho Bell Grande and two taco supremes. I ate these items around 9:45pm on March 4th and became sick around 3am the following morning. I have had off and on stomach pains, though the vomiting has ceased.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ordered 2 Mexi melts which were fine, but nacho supreme had a horrendous, bitter chemical taste. I threw them out, but had swallowed a bite. So regretting that, I am so nauseated I wish I would throw up.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Ate this with a normal nacho and cheese then i got nauseous. A few hours later I had to go to the bathroom but not too bad and then I progressively became every few minutes causing me to take medicine and having to see a doctor  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
