Ordered a carryout... had the Med. Well 8oz. Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp, with Grilled Asparagus and Potato Soup. Also had a little of the Bloomin' Onion and Spinach Artichoke Appetizers. Woke up a few hours later violently ill with diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I've gotten this steak and cheese foot long with swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, ranch, and purple onion. After eating it, a few hours later I started throwing up and having watery diarreah. I also had stomach pains and I still have them as of this moment.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Ate chicken strips and onion rings. Could have been bad ranch sauce possibly? 4 hours after eating there, I became sick "at both ends" to put it politely. I also hot the hot sweats and felt weak. I've got a stomach of steel, so if it made me vomit, it must be pretty nasty food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Sweating
