Bought pastry from the front counter 8 in total ! Went straight home and had a wonderful morning tea with my daughters

One daughter began vomiting with in 2 hour the cramps and diarrhoea ! The rest of the family shortly followed  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Had a greggs sausage roll and not even 5 hours after I had diarrhoea… I’ve had Greggs before numerous times and I had a steak bake and chicken bake, the same thing happened…diarrhoea.. maybe something in the pastry?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Pistachio cream filled pastry on the morning of 21st March. Around 7 hours later, I experienced severe stomach cramping followed by vomiting, diarrhoea, muscle aches, chills, weakness, feeling faint and racing heart. Update 24/03 - I am still suffering with weakness, headaches, fatigue, nausea and diarrhoea.
