My wife ate a lean cuisine pizza about 12 hours ago. Didn't eat anything else that day. Within 2 hours her symptoms developed and she is still vomiting and still has diarrhea. I have photos of product and recept if someone reaches out  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
