I think it was there.  I ordered at 4 pm and ate two pieces of cheese pizza and a breadstick and started vomiting around 6 pm. I’m the only one who ate the pizza my daughter just had a breadstick. So I was the only one that got sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a pizza at 8pm roughly and it was the only thing I ate last night. This morning I am experiencing sharp escalating pains in my entire right side, nausea and vomiting. 13 HS students .... seems to have been pizza based upon timing. Zero symptoms before onset...sudden onset violent emetic illness single episode of concurrent diarrhea.....duration of vomiting 4hrs with oral anti emetic treatment  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
