Ordered chicken wings and a pizza. About 4 hours after eating I became violently ill. My partner became moderately ill. I had to be hospitalized after 20 hours of non stop vomiting. RED BARON Thin & Crispy Pepperoni Pizza. cooked the pizza on 12/30, my kids (12 , 10) ate it and 4--5 hours later where vomiting. Vomited 2-3 more times that night and my oldest has a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever

Delta Airlines, Flight DL0107 from Frankfurt to New York

Ate prosciutto and melon appetizer and chicken main course served by Delta. Also ate pizza twist served by Delta. 24 hours after flight, started feeling nauseous and eventually had vomiting and diarrhea. Chills and weakness also.
