Ordered chicken wings and a pizza. About 4 hours after eating I became violently ill. My partner became moderately ill. I had to be hospitalized after 20 hours of non stop vomiting. It has been 4 days and I am still unable to keep food or liquids down.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 其他

RED BARON Thin & Crispy Pepperoni Pizza. cooked the pizza on 12/30, my kids (12 , 10) ate it and 4--5 hours later where vomiting. Vomited 2-3 more times that night and my oldest has a fever.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

We got a pizza and soda around 5:30 afternoon.by 11:30 we start feeling sick .My self I did pass out and my son start vomiting with non stop .my wife has to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Delta Airlines, Flight DL0107 from Frankfurt to New York

Ate prosciutto and melon appetizer and chicken main course served by Delta. Also ate pizza twist served by Delta. 24 hours after flight, started feeling nauseous and eventually had vomiting and diarrhea. Chills and weakness also. After eating pizza we became sick  Three ate then about 15 mins became sick. I ended up passing out taken to hospital I thought I had a flu but doctor tested for flu and it was negative. The other two threw up and diarrhea we didn’t have fever   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
