some of the spicy one, so my taste buds were off. The next day, I was so poorly. Couldn’t get off the toilet, couldn’t eat, couldn’t drink, over the next few days, my temperature spiked at 41 degrees, I lost a stone in weight. I spoke to my doctor, on day 4, provided a stool sample and this confirmed food poisoning, I was prescribed antibiotics. 8 months later and I am still not 100% right, but the restaurant is still operating normally. So frustrating that my life was so severely impacted and yet they carry on as if it didn’t occur.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

10th, I’ve gone to the washroom for more than 15 times, on March 11th, I’ve gone for more than 15 times as well. Today I am still feeling quite bad. My body would feel cold and shivering, and since the morning I’ve gone to the washroom like 6 times already. My girlfriend also felt unwell like me. I went to the store asking for explanation on March 11th, while feeling extremely uncomfortable still. The store manager (I don’t know his exact title), besides telling us fill out a report form, was being very skeptical of our situation. He might believe the sickness was caused by other things we had even though we’ve specially told him this is the last thing we had. Furthermore, he kept bringing up that I’m not the member, in which my girlfriend is the member. I’ve only spoken to him because my girl isn’t too proficient in English. He kept saying I’m not the member therefore they can only speak to the member This is unbelievably arrogant and clueless. If anyone who had Costco’s product and got seriously injured, Costco is definitely responsible regardless the user is a member or not, especially when it comes to food safety. to bed and woke up around 2pm with intence pain again, didnt know what to do pacing around, should i call ambulance or drive to A&E dicided not a good idea to drive as kept reaching and doubled over in pain, took 2 more paracetomol pain started to ease in around 20 mins went to sleep got up for work and completely normal other than diarrhea.
The next day i spoke to the friend i was at Harrods with and told her how i was, she replied so was i, up all night with cramping stomach, it was her who told me it was food poisoning. She works at University Collage London Hospital. band 7 Nurse specalist.
