- comments: observed no hand soap provided at the exposed hand washing sink at the end of the cook's line. Management instructed to provide hand soap at all hand washing sinks at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed ready-to-eat tcs foods (salsas and salad dressings prepared on site) stored past the 7 day maximum use by date inside of the walk-in cooler. Management instructed to discard any tcs foods after the use by date has past. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed dry storage containers of foods not labeled in the rear food prep area. Management instructed to label all bulk food storage containers.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2566095 on 10/27/22 not corrected: 57 - observed multiple employees with expired food handler certificates. Instructed the person in charge to renew expired food handler certificates to comply with idph fodd handler requirements. 58 - observed no allergen awareness training certificates on site at the time of inspection. Instructed the person in charge to ensure that any individual that holds a city of chicago foodservice manager certificate has completed and received allergen awareness training and certificate. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
