I ate their Lime Chicken Salad on Thurs Dec 12 2024. Within 4 hours I had massive stomach pain and projectile vomited for 6 hours with accompanying diarrhea. I had chills and cramps and severe dehydration. Sought out emergency services.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
