I ordered the spaghetti carbonara. It tasted a bite off but I thought it was just the thick sauce. I didn’t finish it I left about 7:30 pm. By 9 pm I felt sick and my stomach hurt unbearable. I haven’t slept since then I’ve been so sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

We ate about eight o'clock in evening. I ordered artichoke garlic bread and baked spaghetti. About three hours later I got bloating light headedness vomiting diarrhea chills.
