I got a footlong chicken teriyaki sub yesterday at around 3. The chicken had funny pieces of chicken like mush which did not taste right. Today at 2pm I started feeling nausea and queasy. Ive vomited and have diarrhea witha fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Purchased Sub around 2:30 yesterday afternoon on my break. Had for lunch. Started getting stomach cramps an hour/2 hours later.

On March 3, 2016 I got a 6 inch Roast beef on Italian herbs and cheese. After eating that sub I have had diarrhea for 2 days straight. I cannot keep anything down in my stomach other than Sprite.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
