I ate the boneless wings and things meal with Zax sauce around 9 pm on 2-8-16. Around 4 am on 2-9-16, I woke up with extreme stomach pain and vomiting. I them vomited about every our until 5pm. Decided to go to doctor where they agreed I needed an IV of fluids. Today, 2-10-16, symptoms are gone.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I went out to go eat with friends last night. I have never tried Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered my food. It was all fine, i went to bed 2 hours later. I woke up at 4 am couldn't sleep. I start feeling so dizzy, i feel like throwing up. Few mins later i can't take it anymore so I've vomiting nonstop  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dizziness
