I had soft tacos with chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Approximately one hour later, I had a severe case of vomiting. Ate carne asada nachos. Did not have cheese or sour cream. Had black beans instead of refried beans. Had "Diablo" salsa and regular salsa. Horribly sick the next morning.
