I eat chipotle fairly often. I picked up a veggie bowl and ate it for dinner at work on Tuesday night. About an hour later my stomach cramped and flipped and I've had extreme diarrhea now for two straight days. I can't drink water without it sending… Voir plus

I had soft tacos with chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Approximately one hour later, I had a severe case of vomiting. I had a stomach ache and had to take ibuprofen for the pain. I called the manager and he said I could come in to report it. I plan to do so after work.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

Ate carne asada nachos. Did not have cheese or sour cream. Had black beans instead of refried beans. Had "Diablo" salsa and regular salsa. Horribly sick the next morning. Rotten egg smelling burps, vomiting, nausea and perhaps a bit of fever, as well. Horrible.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Fièvre, Vomissements, Rots
