9/3/2016 purchased and consumed a carnitas burrito including pinto beans, white rice, mild salsa, lettuce and guacamole at approx 6:30pm. 2 hours later at approximately 8pm started to feel nauseous which was then followed with vommiting and diarrhea. 我在 8 月 21 日星期日访问了 chipotle。我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面有米饭、黑豆、奶酪、鸡肉、酸奶油、温和的莎莎酱和鳄梨调味酱。到星期一晚上，我出现了严重的恶心、抖动、发冷、发烧和 diherra。三天后，我去了急诊室，得到了药丸来消除恶心，但我仍然有症状。我明天要去医院接受官方诊断，但是我的护士妈妈说我要么感染了沙门氏菌，要么感染了另一种细菌。
