I ate a chicken bowl black beans white rice medium and hot salsa cheese and guacamole. I started feeling it late Friday at night and has lasted till Monday (today) I am not 100% better and I've had to miss two days of work. I will never be eating chipotle again!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Ate at Chipotle Gainesville VA on 10/4/2016 around 3 pm. Had sofritas bowl w/ brown rice, added veggies, and then everything on top except for the hottest salsa. Also got a cup for soda. Nausea started around 8 pm, diarrhea several hours later, and then vomiting around… 更多

我今晚晚上 8 点半左右在佛罗伦萨 ky 的 chuys 吃饭。我有 baha 鱼炸玉米饼。回家后我开始感到臃肿，然后变成腹部突然的剧烈疼痛，感觉就像气压一样。这非常痛苦。我的排便变成了腹泻。煤气疼痛持续存在，不会消失。每当我从床上起床去洗手间时，我都会感到头脑非常轻快，几乎晕倒了好几次。我的热汗变成了冷汗。感觉很苍白，就像我脸上所有的颜色都消失了一样。在这段时间里我的心会跳动。我丈夫说他也感觉到腹胀和抽筋，但他吃了鸡肉。我们俩都有的东西是筹码附带的莎莎酱和辣椒酱。他咬了一口我的鱼炸玉米饼

晚餐时我吃了拉猪肉卷饼，包括鳄梨调味酱、pico、玉米莎莎和酸奶油。两个小时后，我开始了持续一整夜的剧烈腹泻。我的腹部疼痛地膨胀了，整晚都在继续大声咯咯地咯咯。那天晚上我在酒店房间里数了 12 次去洗手间的次数，直到我终于找到了一些 Immodium。第二天我只能喝茶和吃燕麦片，直到谨慎地尝试清淡的晚餐。
